A TASER is a conducted electrical weapon used to incapacitate subjects. Although non-lethal, they may result in injury. Devices use compressed nitrogen to propel barbed darts, capable of penetrating both clothing and skin. Once attached, the darts transmit electrical impulses, producing disabling muscular contractions [
