The management of advanced parotid malignancy is challenging and still not standardized because of the wide histopathological possibilities and the decision to safeguard the facial nerve which if sacrificed has a significant negative impact on the quality of life. The diagnostic role of FNAC has been a subject much debated about but its role in providing information of malignancy cannot be ruled out, hence is the first line of investigation [
