18. Rehabilitation bei Arthrosen

Zusammenfassung

Die Arthrosen stellen die häufigsten Erkrankungen der Gelenke dar. Ursächlich liegt Ihnen ein Missverhältnis zwischen Knorpelregeneration und -abbau zugrunde. Zur Diagnostik von Arthrosen gehört neben einer radiologischen Abklärung auch die klinische Untersuchung. Um die Rehabilitation optimal zu planen, gehört neben der rein organischen Diagnostik auch die Erhebung von „impairment“, „limitation of activity“ und die „limitation of participation“ dazu. Eine „restitutio ad integrum“ ist nicht möglich, therapeutisches Ziel ist daher eine „restitutio ad optimum“. Das therapeutische Vorgehen muss entsprechend der Erkrankungsphase angepasst werden. Die Coxarthrose imponiert durch Anlauf- und Belastungsschmerzen, im späteren Stadium durch Dauerschmerzen und durch eine Bewegungseinschränkung. Die Erhaltung der Gelenksbeweglichkeit und -funktion sowie Schmerzreduktion stellen das therapeutische Ziel dar.
