Zusammenfassung

Die aktuell gültigen Behandlungskonzepte für die wichtigsten resistenzmindernden Bedingungen (Polyneuropathie und pAVK) und den wesentlichen komplizierenden Faktor Infektion werden zusammenfassend dargestellt. Interventionsvorbereitende Untersuchungsschritte der pAVK werden hier ebenfalls erörtert. Spezifische Maßnahmen zur Reduktion der Auslöser sind eng mit der Systematik der Entitäten des diabetischen Fußsyndroms (DFS) verbunden und werden jeweils im Rahmen der Entitäten im nachfolgenden Kapitel beschrieben.
