Analyse von Bewegungsstörungen in der Kinder- und Jugendrheumatologie

Zusammenfassung

Rheumatische Erkrankungen im Kindes- und Jugendalter können aufgrund von Schmerzen, Schwellungen und eingeschränktem Bewegungsumfang zu Bewegungsveränderungen führen. Dieser Artikel beschreibt Möglichkeiten und Resultate von Bewegungsanalysen bei rheumatischen Erkrankungen und den Einfluss auf spezifische Bewegungen in einzelnen Gelenken und auf komplexe Bewegungen wie den Gang. Die Ergebnisse von Ganganalysen zeigen einen großen Einfluss der Erkrankung auf spatiotemporale Parameter (Ganggeschwindigkeit, Kadenz und Schrittlänge), Gelenkwinkel, Drehmomente und Kräfte. Die Bedeutung von Bewegungsanalysen für die Bewertung der Effektivität von Interventionen, wie intraartikuläre Steroidinjektionen, wird beschrieben. Dieser Artikel bietet eine Zusammenfassung aktueller Studien zu den Auswirkungen rheumatischer Erkrankungen auf Bewegungsstörungen im Kinder- und Jugendalter, sowie einen Ausblick auf die zunehmende Bedeutung der Bewegungsanalyse für die Therapieüberwachung und -optimierung.
